Image & Set Up

Devices arrive configured: operating system, your applications, user accounts and Microsoft Intune or domain enrolment.

Install

We deliver to your office, connect and test each device at its desk, and confirm it with the person who will use it.

Tag & Register

We label every device and record it in an asset register: serial number, assigned user and warranty end date.

Warranty Handling

When a device fails, you tell us. We raise the claim with the manufacturer and follow it through to repair or replacement.

Old-Device Disposal

We wipe the data from the equipment you are retiring, then collect it and dispose of it.
